How to Improve and Freshen your Complexion

Using a good facial cleanser daily is clearly beneficial. However, exfoliating your face on a regular basis will certainly improve and help to rejuvenate your skin. Whether you have dry, normal, oily or sensitive skin, exfoliation can bring new life to your complexion. The benefits are for all ages. It can help with Acne and breakouts; reduce the appearance of large pores and aid better absorption of serums and moisturisers. Basically an overall improvement in your skins’ texture, giving you back a softer, smoother skin and with it a more youthful glow. Why Exfoliate? Your skin has a natural physical way of losing dead skin cells from the top layers of the skin, this process is called desquamation. Desquamation can be uneven and build ups can be slow to slough off, resulting in skin bumps and clogged pores, which in turn can lead to breakouts and a general dullness of the complexion. Exfoliation is a good way to accelerate desquamation within the skin. Whilst there are many different products out there, here at Lasting Beauty we are proud to be able to offer you peels from the award winning skin care range by RegimA. These are made from naturally occurring acids found in fruits, milk and other foods, and although potent are gentle on the skin. To read more about RegimA peels click here
